Permits Required

Temporary stands and tents at fairs, shows, festivals, and other gatherings must have a City of Woodinville permit and be inspected by Woodinville Fire & Rescue for fire and life safety requirements.

All temporary membrane structures that are 400 square feet or larger on public property within the City of Woodinville require a permit.

Before you submit a request for inspection, please review our complete list of all Special Event Guidelines and the Temporary Tent Permitting Checklist.
